Visit the wine cellars of Feudi di San Gregorio

At the gates of Avellino, precisely in Sorbo Serpico, we find the wine cellars of Feudi di San Gregorio, an institution as far as Irpinia wines are concerned.

The Capaldo family has been able to bring the Irpinia tradition to the world, expanding their project throughout Italy and exporting their excellent wines to more than 50 countries.

The Capaldo family vineyards welcome Greco, Fiano and Aglianico, including centuries-old examples of Taurasi.

The wines produced by Feudi di San Gregorio are many, of particular note are Taurasi, Serpico, Cutizzi, Pietra Calda, Biancolella.

The Feudi di San Gregorio wine cellars, immersed in the greenery of Sorbo Serpico, are the work of architect Hikaru Mori and designers Massimo and Lella Vignelli.

You can visit the wine cellars, which include the beautiful barrel cellar, by purchasing one of three packages: visit + a glass of wine €20.00; visit + tasting of three wines €25.00; visit + tasting of wines and paired cured meats and cheeses €35.00.

Inside the cellar there is also the starred Marennà restaurant, the wine theater and the room suspended between the barriques.
