The harbour of Agropoli is close to Baia di Trentova (Trentova Bay). Its quay offers a quiet and romantic walk; moreover, it leads to the cliff, that is the historic and panoramic area of the city.
The harbour of Agropoli is right in the middle of the area named Costa blu del Cilento (Cilento Blue Coast), because of the numerous marine areas that have been rewarded the blue flag, symbol of crystal clear sea. The harbour area offers numerous berths and a relaxing walk from via Riviera Francesco Antonicelli up to the jetties.
If you walk along via Rupe you will reach the stairway to the monumental gate that leads to the Medieval hamlet of Agropoli and to the cliff where the Castello angioino aragonese (Aragonese Angevin Castle) is.
Walking around the hamlet, stop at one of the many typical restaurants, such as Arricrià or U Suricin, and have some delicious local food.
