Montevergine Adventure Park
The adventure park immersed in the pine forest of Ospedaletto d’Alpinolo
In the pine forest of Ospedaletto d’Alpinolo, near the Montevergine Shrine, there is the Montevergine adventure park, a park entirely in nature where adults and children can spend the day between zip lines, climbing and high paths among the trees.
Once you arrive, entry to the Montevergine adventure park is free, you only have to pay if you use the high routes among the trees that have various levels of difficulty including Tibetan bridges, swinging trunks, walkways, barrel tunnels, zigzag swings, zip lines and much more. There is also a baby route for children from three to six years old, 1 meter high, where the little ones will have a lot of fun.
In addition to the routes, the park offers a zip line immersed in the woods and tree climbing with a 10 meter high climbing wall.
By booking, you can reserve a table in the picnic area (€15.00 for the whole day) where there are also braziers for meat.
Keep in mind that the adventure park does not have refreshment points, so be foresighted and bring water, drinks, and a packed lunch with you.
At the end of the day at the Montevergine adventure park, take a trip to the nearby village of Mercogliano where there is a beautiful medieval historic center.
To get to the park, take the A16, exit at Avellino ovest, continue on the SP88 towards Montevergine and exit at Ospedaletto d’Alpinolo. You will find the park 400 meters from the town’s central square, in via Selva dei Preti.
