Amalfi Lemon Experience: Vertical Lemon Farm Tour, Tastings, and Rural Museum

In the evocative Valle dei Mulini (Valley of the Mills), not far from the Museo della Carta (the Paper Museum), there is the historic farm of the Aceto family whose brand name is  “Valle dei Mulini”, to celebrate the lemon plantations of the Amalfi Coast with Amalfi Lemon Experience.

Since 1825 this family-run business “has been safeguarding the ancient handcrafted process and it has been using certified organic lemons only”, that are grown and harvested by the owners themselves.

The more characteristic tour that the Aceto family offers is the Lemon tour, a walk through the lemon tree groves where tourists can discover the typical fruit of the Amalfi Coast that is known as the “Sfusato”.

As part of the tour, you can experience the making of several products such as the limoncello liqueur, the jams and the honey from the bees of the farm.

The Lemon Tour also consists of the visit to the Museo della civiltà contadina (the farming culture Museum).
