Visit Sorrento Coast

Visit Sorrento coast, the twin coast of the Amalfi one; the two coasts are the natural extensions of each other. The Sorrento jagged wild coastline starts in Vico Equense and ends in Sant’Agata dei Due Golfi, overlooking the Gulf of Napoli.

It is a wild and wonderful area, consisting of beaches, bays, the Monti Lattari, nature, sun, delicious food, beautiful islands and the sea of Napoli.

HOW TO REACH THE SORRENTO PENINSULA

The Sorrento coast is well connected with both Napoli and the Amalfi coast.

The Curreri buses leave every hour from the Capodichino airport and stop at Sorrento, Meta and Piano di Sorrento. The ticket is 10,00 euros.

You can also take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento that leaves from the Napoli central train station, or you can take the Campania Express, a tourist train that is operational only in the summertime and stops at Sorrento.

On summer, you can reach Sorrento by sea with one of the many hydrofoils that leave from both the molo Beverello (in Napoli) and the Salerno’s harbour.
